Renovation of 1787 Home

This home is an addition/renovation project that was completed in 2016. The original portion of the house is a post and beam built in 1787. This area was completely gutted to the bare shell. A total of 3200 additional square feet was added to the left and right sides of the original house. It’s been finished with cedar siding, cedar roofing and copper valleys, window flashing and gutters. #1 white pine radiant floors were installed throughout. Courtesy of Tom Duffany.
